Shared recipe collection

Recipes

A shared recipe collection with a clean, data-driven design that makes recipes easy to enter, store and find. Each recipe follows the schema.org Recipe spec and lives in DynamoDB behind a small REST API. Anyone can sign up and browse, and only a recipe's author can edit or delete it. It replaced a hand-built static site, and an importer carried the original 120+ recipes across.

Running + EV log

Running & EV Tracker

One dashboard for how far I run and how efficiently the car drives. It logs runs and EV charging sessions and rolls both into monthly, yearly and all-time totals. Charging entries are flagged when their efficiency strays more than one standard deviation from average. Sign-in is limited to approved Google accounts, with separate editor and read-only roles.

School PTO tools

PTO App

An admin tool for PTO board members to manage classrooms, families, parents and students. Bulk updates handle the data entry, and a year-end rollover moves students to new classrooms while keeping each school year's history. It also tracks fundraising partners, contacts and outreach, and gives parents a dashboard of their own.

Home inventory

Stuff Inventory

A record of what we own, organized by where it lives, so a model or serial number is a search away instead of a trip to the garage. Items hold manuals, receipts and photos. The API started on Elastic Beanstalk and moved to Lambda and API Gateway, which cut the idle server cost to zero.
